Cleaning in place (CIP) refers to all the mechanical and chemical systems necessary to prepare equipment for hygienic food processing that are carried out without dismantling the system.
This product is used for the on-site cleaning of the material pipes and containers in the dairy plant, and can also be used for the cleaning of the material pipes and equipment in the brewery, beverage factory and a food factory.
The equipment uses centrifugal pump to transport cleaning liquid in the material pipeline and equipment container for forced circulation, to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Therefore, there is no need to disintegrate pipes and equipment, which can improve the utilization rate of equipment and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Therefore, this product is an advanced cleaning process equipment.
